the experience of waking up with only the words "we were gods" burning in my mind as a reminder of whatever dream i had the previous night inspired this.
it happened years ago, but it came back to me when reading my dream journal one day.
so, i decided to try and make an album based around this concept. only the titles of tracks 6 and 7 reflect the actual experience i had. i wrote the other titles in an attempt to "continue" the story.
this was completed much earlier this year, and it remained in my hard drive because i was unsure about it.
i remain unsure, but i decided to release it anyway.
