AI policy

jam.coop is a platform for humans. We exist to help musicians make a living from their art, to foster connections between musicians and their supporters. We exist to help each other.

We believe that Generative AI ("GenAI") is antithetical to that objective.

We do not welcome music, artwork or associated text that has been created in whole or part with GenAI tools. These include but are not limited to: Suno, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL.E, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

We're a small, bootstrapped co-operative and we cannot easily afford the cost of hosting such work, nor the time it takes to moderate it. We ask you to not upload work that has been made using GenAI tools and we reserve the right to remove work from our platform where we know or suspect that such tools have been used.
