Jonny Fallout's debut album, "Cybertherial", is a cyberpunk romance — nine songs about longing, loving, losing yourself and finding your way in a confusing and chaotic futuristic world mediated by zeros and ones. When you're immersed in the dark, unsure of what's true and what isn't, how can love survive?

It seems appropriate that writing and production for this album began in the sleepless semi-dark on a plane to Japan and finished with the world in the throes of a once-in-a-century pandemic. Some of the songs on this debut album were released in other forms — as a variety of singles and EPs during the past year+. But they are, in these versions, fully realized the way they were meant to be, as retrowave songs, invoking the magic of the ‘80s while pushing for something new — a combination that indie synthwave wordsmith Foxpuppy termed “cybertherial”, and so gave the album its name.

Reviews
"Anyone looking for love in a cyberpunk existence? You just found it with Cybertherial! It's a hauntingly beautiful album that's filled with beautiful vocals and melodies. The production is lush and evocative with a mix of traditional and unique sounds and instruments. Grab this one today, you will not regret it!" — Dennis G., The State of Synth

"Melodies drifting through digital landscapes of zeros and ones that exist neither here nor there. Ethereal vocals drawn from a future place are also somehow entirely organic, grounded, and raw. A beauty from beginning to end." — Mr. Conner, The Electroscape

"This is a phenomenal debut album! I was hooked when I first heard Hypnotized. I love the energy in all the tracks. My first love in music are the EDM/dance/house genres which makes me love the blend you made here with other genres. One of my favorite albums of 2021." — Michael Anthony, IEM Radio
