"HERE BE DRAGONS" is an 11-track vocal synthrock tour de force combining elements of late 80s/early 90s pop music with synthwave, modern pop, rock, and even musical theater, prog, and symphonic metal.

It features nine different lead vocalists including five fellow Alaskans and singer-producers Rose Alaimo from New York and Neaon from Austraila.

The songwriting throws back to Blue Nagoon's younger days as a singer-songwriter with a focus on storytelling and character. The narrators in "Tangent" and "Your Command" struggle with breaking unhealthy cycles. "Hinterlands" and "Aurora" are love songs infused with fantasy and
scifi. "Forgive Forget" and "Live Wire" address the personal costs of life in these times. And just to keep the listener on their toes the album closes with "Withernsea," a 10-minute prog pop ghost story.
